Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the Ministry of International Relations and La Francophonie, with collaboration from the Ministry of Culture and Communications.
  • Applications are assessed against the program criteria and evaluation factors stated by the Ministry.
  • Selected organizations are notified and the Quebec coordinator is the contact person.
  • Approved organizations must submit a financial and narrative report after the project ends.
  • The final payment depends on acceptance of that report.

Additional information

  • The project must involve at least two partners, including one from Quebec and one from another Francophonie member, associate member, or observer state or government.
  • Selected projects may take place in Quebec, Cambodia, or elsewhere in the world.
  • Only the Quebec partner receives financial support.
  • Successful applicants must submit a financial and narrative report within 60 days after the project ends.
