Processing and Agreement

- The municipality communicates the approval or refusal decision to the applicant.
- Successful applications are made public at scheduled Council meetings.

- The program runs on an ongoing basis and is reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Projects started before application submission are generally ineligible unless the municipality decides otherwise.
