- Projects already supported under the additional circulation assistance program.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed for admissibility and then preselected by a review committee.
- SODEC notifies applicants whether their project is preselected or not.
- Preselected projects are shared with educational institutions for programming.
- Once approved, the project status becomes preauthorized for reimbursement requests.
- Payment is made after the required documents are submitted.

- Applications must be submitted in French, unless an exception applies.
- Projects are submitted and followed up through the SOD@ccès online portal.
