- Registered charities or qualified donees, in good standing with CRA.

- Ongoing core operating expenses; ongoing operational costs; start-up costs; debt retirement; emergency funding.
- Program delivery; direct service delivery; activities focused on delivering or operating an established program or service; hiring staff to run programs; program expansion or scaling; purchasing equipment for service delivery; marketing or promotion of an existing program.
- Hosting events/conferences; strategic planning or retreats.
- Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses.
- Fund development plans, fundraising activities, or fundraising salaries; Branding, Marketing & Communications Strategies.
