- Applicants whose projects exclusively promote religious viewpoints

- Performers, speakers, and contract staff
- Facility and equipment rental
- Cultural items, meals, refreshments, and childcare
- Local transportation, promotion, recording, and membership fees

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after each deadline.
- Funding decisions are made for complete applications with all required documents.
- Successful applicants receive an approval decision and payment follows in two stages.
- A final report is required after the project ends.
Additional information
- Late applications may be assessed based on budget allotments.
- Final reports are due 30 days after the activity ends, and no later than May 1.
- Projects must acknowledge MCoS, SaskCulture, and SaskLotteries in promotions.
- Applications are reviewed after each deadline by an Allocations Committee.
