Who is eligible?

  • Authorized Teraview account holders
  • Licensed users of the electronic land registration system

Who is not eligible

  • Residential properties with 6 or fewer units for credits
  • Properties without eligible stormwater management measures, where required

  • Eco-friendly residential upgrades for the Rain Ready Rebate Program.
  • Stormwater management measures and practices that support credit eligibility.

How to apply

  • Step 1: Choose the appropriate application form
    • Select the credit or rebate application that matches the property type.
  • Step 2: Complete the application
    • Fill out the online form or print and complete the paper form.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Send the completed form by email or mail, or submit it online where available.
  • Step 4: Keep documents for review
    • Provide supporting documentation if requested during assessment.
