Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first reviewed after registration and submission through the CSA portal.

- A written contribution agreement must be signed before funding is committed.

- Applicants may request additional funding and an extension of the contribution agreement in later phases.
- Financial statements for the previous two fiscal years and the most recent interim results may be requested later in the evaluation process.
- Projects must comply with federal, provincial/territorial, and municipal laws and regulations.
- Applicants are encouraged to attach equity, diversity and inclusion plans or policies.
