Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by a Selection Committee with external art jurors and StART subject matter experts.
- Projects are assessed against StART objectives and review criteria such as community support, artistic quality, mentorship, support leverage, and technical feasibility.
- Recommended projects are announced before stage two begins.
- Stage two funding depends on satisfactory completion of community engagement requirements and submission of the required documentation.
Additional information
- A minimum of two community engagement sessions is required.
- At least one engagement session must be in person.
- Applicants must have written authorization from the property owner at the time of application.
- Applications are now closed for the current intake.
