Eligibility

The awardee must operate or be affiliated with a qualified U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (or global equivalent outside the U.S.).
The affiliated nonprofit organization must be able to receive corporate funding.
The affiliated nonprofit organization must have annual operating income between $100,000 USD and $2,000,000 USD.
The work must address a pressing social or environmental challenge through an innovative solution.

Who is eligible?

Social entrepreneurs affiliated with qualified nonprofit organizations.
U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations (or global equivalents outside the U.S.).

Who is not eligible

Individuals or organizations not operating through, or affiliated with, a qualified U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit (or global equivalent outside the U.S.).
Organizations that cannot receive corporate funding.
Organizations with annual operating income under $100,000 USD or over $2,000,000 USD.
