- Individuals or organizations not operating through, or affiliated with, a qualified U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit (or global equivalent outside the U.S.).
- Organizations that cannot receive corporate funding.
- Organizations with annual operating income under $100,000 USD or over $2,000,000 USD.
