- Step 2: Respond to Expressions of Interest (when active)Prepare and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) during the announced intake period, if required.
- Follow guidance and requirements as provided in the EOI instructions.
- Step 3: Prepare Full Proposal (during open RFP periods)Consult the latest ILCE Applicant Guide and specific Request for Proposals (RFP) instructions.
- Develop a comprehensive project proposal, ensuring it aligns with ILCE stream objectives and addresses evaluation criteria.
