- On-going operational expenses.
- Payment of City property taxes, professional development, and funding to further offset rental fees for City-owned facilities.
- Major sporting events and major capital projects, including construction and upgrades of facilities for staging sporting events.
- Fundraising campaigns, prize monies, and alcohol.
