How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the proposal
- Read the applicant guide and challenge statement.
- Complete the Innovation Networks Proposal Form.
- Prepare the work plan, budget, and partner details.
- Step 2: Create a CPC Connect account
- Register on the CPC Connect platform if you do not already have an account.
- Step 3: Request a Connect conversation
- Email IDEaS-IN.IDEeS-RI@forces.gc.ca at least five business days before closing.
- Provide your CPC Connect email address and the number of proposals to submit.
- Step 4: Submit through CPC Connect
- Upload the proposal in the Connect conversation before the deadline.
- Wait for the confirmation message in the conversation.
Processing and Agreement
- Proposals are reviewed by subject matter experts
- Only compliant proposals meeting mandatory criteria are considered for funding
- Selected applicants may be asked for additional information, including financial and technical assessments
- Applicants are notified of the status of their proposal
- Successful applicants are invited to sign a contribution agreement before funding is issued
