How to apply

  • Step 1: Receive or request the application package
    • Application letters are sent to eligible groups that received assistance the previous year or expressed interest.
    • The Town communicates the approved rate of fee assistance.
  • Step 2: Complete the application
    • Provide the required application information and supporting details.
    • Submit the completed application to the Supervisor, Permitting & Scheduling.
  • Step 3: Application review
    • The Town reviews applications, generally by mid-December of the preceding year.
    • Late applications are reviewed after qualifying ones, subject to available funds.
  • Step 4: Decision and permit issuance
    • Approved requests are issued as a facility permit.
    • Applicants must agree to and follow the permit conditions.

  • Late applications are considered only after qualifying applications and subject to available funds.
  • Approved requests are issued as a facility permit with conditions that must be accepted and followed.
