Processing and Agreement
- Complete applications are reviewed by the Department of Agriculture as they are received.
- If approved, the applicant receives a Letter of Agreement outlining the funding and terms.
- The signed Letter of Agreement must be returned within 30 days or the funding is forfeited.
- Claims are submitted after the signed agreement is received and require supporting invoices and proof of payment.
- Projects may be reviewed or audited before, during, or after completion.

- Only one application per year is allowed.
- New applicants since 2023 must complete the Program Funding Registration (PFR) form.
- Returning applicants must update the PFR form if business details change.
- Applicants may be asked to complete an evaluation survey after the final claim.
