Processing and Agreement

  • Complete applications are reviewed by the Department of Agriculture as they are received.
  • If approved, the applicant receives a Letter of Agreement outlining the funding and terms.
  • The signed Letter of Agreement must be returned within 30 days or the funding is forfeited.
  • Claims are submitted after the signed agreement is received and require supporting invoices and proof of payment.
  • Projects may be reviewed or audited before, during, or after completion.

  • Only one application per year is allowed.
  • New applicants since 2023 must complete the Program Funding Registration (PFR) form.
  • Returning applicants must update the PFR form if business details change.
