- Open an account on the Council website by completing the brief registration form.
- Reply to the email received in order to activate the account and access password setup.
- Complete the online form and provide a complete application package.
- Upload the documents in the online form or send them by WeTransfer to the indicated address.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed on merit by an evaluation committee.
- Selection is based on the stated evaluation criteria and the comparative value of the projects.
- Results are sent by email within two weeks after the committee meeting.
- The decision is final and cannot be appealed.
