• Maintenance and routine life-cycle replacements
• Projects started before application approval
• Greenfield properties
• Single detached dwellings and other residences for certain commercial-focused grants

• Step 1: Pre-consultation
  • Meet with the Plan Administrator before applying.
  • Confirm eligibility, scope of work, and documents needed.
• Step 2: Prepare the application
  • Complete the application form.
  • Gather drawings, site plan or sketch, and contractor quotes.
  • Include owner authorization if needed.
• Step 3: Submit the application
  • Send the completed package to the Township before any work begins.
  • Wait for initial review and confirmation of completeness.
• Step 4: Review and decision
  • The Plan Administrator reviews the file and makes a recommendation.
  • Council or the designated approval authority decides on approval.
• Step 5: Agreement and payment
  • Sign the financial incentive agreement if approved.
  • Complete the work, provide final documentation, and receive payment after inspection.
