Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are first reviewed by program staff for eligibility and completeness.
  • Eligible applications are either fast-tracked or assessed against published criteria.
  • Applicants receive written notification of the decision by email and in GMS.
  • Approved applicants receive a Letter of Commitment that must be signed by both parties.
  • Funding is released only after all pre-conditions are met and the formal agreement is in place.

Additional information

  • Applications are submitted through Creative Saskatchewan’s Grant Management System (GMS).
  • Deadlines close at 4:00 PM Saskatchewan time.
  • Fast-tracked applications with secured FACTOR or Musicaction funding are funded in order of receipt, as funds allow.
  • Recipients must acknowledge Creative Saskatchewan support on social media and on the manufactured product.
