- Registered charities and other qualified donees
- Municipalities and other government bodies recognized as qualified donees
- First Nations Bands or other Aboriginal-based entities recognized as public service bodies performing a government function in Canada
Who is not eligible
- Organizations that are not qualified donees and do not meet the additional CRA requirements
- Applicants based outside British Columbia
- Organizations unable to demonstrate required governance and management capacity

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after the deadline.
- Successful and unsuccessful applicants are notified in mid-March.

- Quarterly and annual reports must be submitted during the grant period.
