The applicant must be a social service organization developing and growing a mission-driven venture (social enterprise).
The social enterprise must be new, emerging, or mid-stage in its life cycle.
The organization must deliver social programs and/or services in a community served by Valley First.

Two program streams are offered: Launch & Build and Scale & Sustain.

The fund is guided by Sustainable Development Goals, including Zero Hunger, Good Health and Well-Being, Quality Education, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Reduced Inequalities, and Climate Action.
