- Social economy businesses from all sectors of activity, with some exceptions.
- Social economy businesses in the agri-food, innovative manufacturing, intelligent transportation, information and communications technologies, smart city and smart factory sectors, or any other high-potential project.
Who is not eligible
- Childcare businesses.
- Social housing businesses.
- Sports associations.
- Religious, political, or controversial sectors.

- The business submits the application file.
Processing and Agreement
- Application files are reviewed by the preselection committee.
- The selected businesses present their file to the selection committee.
