Eligibility

The applicant must be an educational institution, research center, non-profit organization, legislatively constituted municipal organization, regional county municipality, local municipality, band council, the Québec Metropolitan Community, or the City of Québec.
The project must be located in or yield direct and measurable impacts within the Québec agglomeration (Québec, L’Ancienne-Lorette, Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures) or Wendake.
The project should contribute to local or regional socioeconomic performance, socioeconomic recovery, or address recognized regional economic challenges.
The applicant must demonstrate responsible business governance and financial capacity to complete the proposed project.
