How to apply
- Step 1: Complete the form
- Fill out the Foundation’s application form.
- Attach the quote for the requested project or equipment.
- Step 2: Submit by the deadline
- Send the form and quote to the Foundation by March 31.
- Step 3: Await review and decision
- The application is reviewed in April.
- The Foundation sends its decision in writing.
- Step 4: Proceed if approved
- For equipment, an order number is issued before purchase.
- After completion or purchase, invoices and supporting documents are required for payment.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the fund allocation committee in April.
- The board makes the final funding decision by resolution.
- Applicants are notified in writing whether the project is approved or refused.
- For approved equipment purchases, an order number is issued before purchase.
- Projects may be subject to follow-up reporting and visibility requirements.
