  • Companies that do not meet the Small Cidery definition
  • Affiliated licensed cideries beyond the one permitted applicant in a group
  • Applicants with more than 3 million litres of Ontario alcoholic cider sales
  • Applicants with more than 4.5 million litres of worldwide alcoholic cider production or sales

  • Agricorp reviews the completed application to confirm eligibility.
