    • Upload the full application package to the portal before the deadline.
    • Ensure each co-signatory is registered and has uploaded required documents.
  • Step 4: Confirm submission
    • Review the portal instructions carefully and keep proof of submission.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are assessed on merit after submission.
  • Only one proposal may be funded, or none at all.
  • Funding decisions are based on the assessment of the proposal.
  • If approved, terms and conditions are set out in a separate funding agreement.

  • Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • Only one application may be submitted per organization as signatory.
  • Sub-grantees must be selected through an open, competitive, fair and transparent process.
  • Sub-grantees must be at arm's length from the fund manager.
