    • See your options and / or consult a lawyer.
  • Step 2: Register your name under your chosen structure
    • This is a two-step process that requires submitting and reserving a name, then registering or incorporating the name.
  • Step 3: Open other business administration accounts
    • After completing the registration process, you can open sales tax, bank, insurance accounts, and conduct business activities.
  • Step 4: Acquire a business license
    • Submit a completed application and pay the appropriate fee to your municipality or Band Office for First Nations.
