Selection criteria
- How closely the program aligns with the mission and priorities of the Simply Organic Giving Fund, including increasing access to organic, nutrient-dense food for individuals and families experiencing food insecurity
- Demonstrated potential to produce measurable, meaningful impact within the target population, with clear outcomes and defined KPIs reported during mid-term and final evaluations
- Evidence of need and appropriateness of the proposed solution, grounded in credible data, research, and/or community-level context
- Clarity and appropriateness of budget and timeline, including whether requested funds are justified, reasonable, and aligned with the scope and scale of the proposed work
- Strength of organizational capacity, including experience, track record, and ability to successfully implement and sustain the proposed program, as well as evidence of diversified funding and financial sustainability beyond Simply Organic Giving Fund support
