Signage and Facade grant details revised
The Downtown Grand Valley page no longer shows the Signage and Facade Improvement Grant section, the projects it covers, or the on-page application instructions and form link that were previously visible. The supporting Façade and Signage Grant Application PDF appears unchanged in content aside from title capitalization, so the main change is the loss of grant information and application guidance from the page itself.
