- Direct, incremental costs linked to the proposed activities.
- Expenses justified in the activity proposal and not covered by other sources.
- Costs for eligible activities completed within Saskatchewan, where possible.

- Academic dissemination, including journal articles and conference presentations.
- Equipment purchases.
- Research activities to create or collect new data.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by an internal committee.
