Eligible expenses
The eligible expenses for the SHRF Solutions Program – Innovation + Impact Grants must be justified and cover only direct costs related to the proposed activities.

- Research costs such as professional and technical services or contracts, consumables, non-consumables, honoraria and gifts, and travel expenses.
- Knowledge sharing costs, including academic and non-academic events, publications, and travel.
- Reimbursement for a knowledge-user applicant's organization for time spent on grant activities, under certain conditions.

- Submit the Eligibility Check for review, being mindful to do so before the September 26, 2024, cut-off.
Revise Eligibility (if necessary)
- In response to feedback from the Eligibility Check, make necessary revisions to meet requirements.
- Resubmit revised eligibility information by the October 4, 2024, deadline.
Full Application Preparation
- Prepare a detailed project proposal including research goals, methodologies, and a feasible timeline.
- Upload necessary documents such as a research proposal, timeline, and budget justification using provided templates.
- Ensure all team members have been invited through the RMS and have submitted their contribution forms.
Submit Full Application
- Complete the full application submission by filling out all tabs in the RMS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Submit the application before 4:30 p.m. CST on November 14, 2024.
Confirmation and Follow-up
- After submission, receive a confirmation notice from the SHRF RMS for your records.
- Prepare for possible requests for further information or clarifications by the review committee.
