  • Assessment by a jury of experienced arts professionals.

How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare the application package
    • Complete the required written documents.
    • Prepare the USB key with artwork images and the required image list.
    • Include the portrait-style digital photo and recommendation letters.
  • Step 2: Assemble and mail the dossier
    • Send the completed application package by post to the Foundation’s mailing address in Saint John, New Brunswick.
    • Submit the full dossier by the deadline shown in the application guide.
  • Step 3: Receive confirmation
    • The foundation acknowledges receipt of applications by email.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by a jury of experienced arts professionals.
  • Incomplete, late, faxed, or emailed applications are refused.
  • The foundation acknowledges receipt of applications by email.
  • Approval for any additional educational funding must come from the Foundation’s Executive Director.
