- Complete the appropriate power of attorney if the requester is not the owner or majority shareholder
- Download the document(s) to your computer and fill them out on screen
- Save, print, sign, scan, and send the documents to programmes@sherbrooke.ca
Processing and Agreement
- Each application is entered on a waiting list in order of arrival
- The designated officer verifies eligibility and budget availability and may request proof of financial capacity
- After approval, the applicant and the designated officer agree on a work specification, and the applicant must submit a sealed contractor quotation and a building permit or authorization within 30 days
- If the required documents are not submitted within the deadline, the application is cancelled
- To receive the subsidy, the applicant must provide invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents, and payment is made after the designated officer confirms that the work was completed according to the plans, permit, and by-law
