  • No financial aid is provided if the eligible cost of the works is below $500.

  • The building to be renovated must be situated on one of the designated commercial streets or sectors, including downtown Sherbrooke, King Street West, King Street East, Queen Street, Saint-Élie Road and Industrial Boulevard, or in the Brompton village core.

  • Submit the required documents to the program office located at 731 Galt Street West, Suite 200, Sherbrooke, Quebec.
  • Make sure to respect the opening hours for submissions, which are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12 PM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
