How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare application materials
    • Complete the cover page.

    • Send the application to Ana Sosa by email.
    • Mail sealed transcripts to Wellspring Clinic in Vancouver if needed.
    • Submit everything by August 31, 2025.
  • Step 3: Await review and decision
