Eligibility

How to apply

  • Step 1: Pre-consultation
    • Present the project to Township staff.
    • Receive comments on eligibility and required materials.
  • Step 2: Application preparation
    • Prepare the complete application with plans, estimates, contracts, reports, and other requested details.
    • Obtain owner consent if the applicant is not the property owner.
  • Step 3: Submit application
    • Submit the complete application to the Township of Central Frontenac before work begins and before applying for a building permit.
  • Step 4: Review and decision
    • Township staff reviews the application and makes a recommendation to the CAO.
    • The applicant is advised of approval or non-approval.
  • Step 5: Agreement and payment
    • If approved, sign the Township agreement.
    • Complete the work, provide original receipts, and receive payment.

  • Township staff reviews the application and supporting materials.
  • Staff makes a recommendation to the Township CAO for approval.
  • The applicant is notified of approval or non-approval.
  • If approved, a Township agreement is executed setting the works, terms, and timeframe.
  • Payment is made after the work is completed and original receipts are provided.
