The grant-management logon page now shows new process instructions for preparing and submitting applications, including that Draft applications can be edited only while in Draft status and automatically move to Abandon after 60 days. It also adds review, award, reconsideration, and recipient instructions, plus the grant notification address administrator@grantinterface.com and missing-award contact foundation@petfinderfoundation.org.

- Review the program description, allowable expenses, maximum award, and required uploads.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed for Petfinder membership and pet listings, grant program eligibility, the clarity and measurable impact of the proposed Use of Grant, requested amount, supporting files and photos, and whether the organization has any overdue grant requirements.
- An application may be approved in full, approved for a partial amount, returned to Draft for clarification or correction, or denied.
- The Decision Date is the date the request is officially approved or denied.
- If awarded, all assigned requirements, forms, and deadlines will become available in the grant-management system after the Decision Date.
- Every grant recipient must use the award only for the approved purpose, publish the required public Facebook announcement, submit the Facebook Post Follow-Up Form, and complete the final grant report by the assigned deadlines.
Additional information
- You may apply for cash grant programs multiple times within the same calendar year until your organization is awarded.
- For product grant programs, only one application per calendar year is permitted.
