How to apply

- Step 1: Submit an Eligibility Request

- Submit the request through the provided channel.
- Step 2: Wait for Contact
- After submitting the eligibility request, wait for Scale AI to contact you.
- If your project qualifies, you will be given further instructions on completing the full application.
- Step 3: Complete Full Application
- Upon qualification, complete the full application as instructed by Scale AI.
- Step 4: Selection Committee Review
- Your project will be reviewed by the Scale AI selection committee for a decision.
- Step 5: Contract Signing
- If your project is approved, a contract will be signed between your company and Scale AI.
- The grant amount will be confirmed at this stage.
- Step 6: Conduct the Training
- Proceed with the training once the project is approved and the contract is signed.
- Note that the training must not start before approval.
- Step 7: Submit Reimbursement Documents
- Pay the invoice to the provider upon completion of the training.
- Submit required documents to Scale AI for partial reimbursement of costs.
