- Organizations that have already received, are receiving, or will receive other financial incentives funded by Ontario energy ratepayers or taxpayers for the same measures
- Businesses that have received manufacturer or wholesaler rebates for the same measures
Eligible expenses
- Installation of eligible lighting measures
- Procurement and installation of additional eligible measures above the threshold, less any applicable standard incentive

Processing and Agreement
- The agreement is reviewed and accepted by the IESO before installation can begin.
- The IESO may refuse to provide and install eligible measures for eligibility, safety, facility condition, or funding reasons.

- Approved participants must allow access to the facility for installation and quality assurance reviews.
