How to apply
- Apply online through the Student Awards Application portal.
- Students enrolled in the 2025-26 academic year can apply for these awards.
Processing and Agreement
- If selected, the student receives an email at their Sask Polytech email address and a notification in the Student Awards Application portal.
- The student must use the post-acceptance tile under “Needs Attention” to submit a thank you message and a photo, or email them to scholarships@saskpolytech.ca.
- After this step is completed, Finance applies the payment to the student account.
- If there is a surplus on the account, Finance processes an e-transfer or bank transfer.

- The general application remains in effect for the academic year.
- If your situation changes, you must update your general application during an open application period.
- Sask Polytech recommends logging into the system at least once during each application cycle to review recommended opportunities.
