- Materials, equipment, transportation, registration, mileage, and professional fees
- Facility rental costs directly related to the recreation program
- Eligible employment expenses for staff hired specifically for the funded program
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Capital expenses, including construction, renovation, or repair
- Food and beverage costs such as meals, snacks, banquets, and alcohol
- Wages for current employees
- Out-of-country travel, prizes, fireworks, uniforms, and personal items
- Facility operating costs, electronic devices, and certain training certifications
