How to apply
- Step 1
- Submit a letter of intent by email
- Include company name, facility address, contact information, water account number(s), and water meter number(s)
- Step 2
- Prepare the application and required documentation
- Include City forms stamped and certified by an independent licensed Professional Engineer of Ontario
- Submit the application by email within nine months of the letter of intent
- Step 3
- If approved, receive the rebate retroactive to the eligible date
- Submit renewal applications for subsequent years by February 1

- If documentation is incomplete, additional information may be requested.
- Approval is required before the rebate is applied.
- Renewal or verification is required to continue the rebate in future years.
