How to apply

  • The Community Service Committee reviews each project submission and makes a funding recommendation to the Board of Directors.
  • The Board of Directors votes on funding decisions, usually at the beginning of each month.
  • Applicants are notified of the outcome by email.
  • If approved, the grant is disbursed either in person by Rotary members or via e-transfer.
