How to apply

- The Community Service Committee reviews each project submission and makes a funding recommendation to the Board of Directors.
- The Board of Directors votes on funding decisions, usually at the beginning of each month.
- Applicants are notified of the outcome by email.
- If approved, the grant is disbursed either in person by Rotary members or via e-transfer.
