- Projects in war-affected countries or refugee camps.

- Emergency humanitarian aid projects.
Eligible expenses
- Costs directly related to project implementation.
- Administrative costs within the allowed limit and included in the request.
- Local contributions in kind or financial support, when documented.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Projects in countries experiencing war or in refugee camps.
- Recurring costs that the local partner cannot sustain over the medium or long term.
- Construction, acquisition, or major expansion of buildings.
- Vehicle purchases, seminars, scholarships, political activities, internships, emergency humanitarian aid.
- Personal and travel expenses, including airfare, and expenses incurred before approval.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications and project ideas are reviewed internally after submission.
- Applicants receive an email with the decision: accepted or refused.
- If approved, the Foundation explains the process for signing the Contribution Agreement.
- After funding is sent, applicants must confirm receipt and upload proof of bank transfer.
- Progress and final reports are analyzed and approved before the project is closed.

- Applications are processed in order of submission date.
- Projects awaiting a response from 2025 will be processed in 2026.
- Approved projects are managed through the Admission platform, including reporting.
