Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a registered Canadian charity or non-profit organization.
  • The organization must deliver educational and employment programs for youth aged 12–29.
  • The program should prioritize youth facing socioeconomic or other barriers to opportunity.
  • The program should integrate education, mentorship, and workforce development.
  • The organization must track at least 1 of the 3 required outcome metrics.

  • Programs primarily focused on homelessness supports rather than education and job training
  • Programs primarily focused on food security supports rather than education and job training
  • Programs primarily focused on mental health services rather than education and job training
