How to apply
- Step 1: Read the portal operating instructions
- Review the instructions for portal access and use.
- Prepare to register the organization and primary contact.
- Step 2: Register in the RGF Portal
- Register the organization in the portal.
- Complete the required contact information and confirm registration.
- Step 3: Complete the application
- Select the Documentary Fund application in the portal.
- Save a draft, fill in all required sections, and upload the requested files.
- Step 4: Submit the application
- Review the form carefully and submit it through the portal.
- Monitor the portal for any requested changes or additional information.
- Step 5: Review agreement and follow-up
- Access any pending agreement in the portal.
- Generate, review, and retain the agreement copy once executed.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after each deadline by the Board of Directors
- Funding decisions are made 10 to 12 weeks later
- Decisions are final and not subject to appeal
- Successful applicants receive deliverables and must execute an agreement before payment
