- Site preparation and direct project labour
- Professional fees for project management, design, and engineering
- Travel and accommodation, at the Municipality’s discretion
- Permits, tools and equipment rental, and GST

- Costs for overruns or work already funded by another municipal grant

Processing and Agreement
