Eligible expenses

  • Interior renovations and general upgrades such as painting, flooring, lighting, cabinetry, and countertops
  • Electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and fire safety improvements in vacant units
  • Accessibility upgrades, including accessible washrooms, ramps, doors, signage, and related professional fees
  • Safety and crime prevention improvements such as cameras, alarms, lighting, security hardware, and partitions
  • Professional fees, project management, design, and engineering, up to 15% of eligible costs
