How to apply
- Step 1: Pre-application meeting
- Book a meeting with program staff before applying.

- Obtain the required permits before beginning work.
- Step 6: Request reimbursement
- Complete the project, then submit the reimbursement request with the required proof of completion and payment.
- Send the reimbursement package by email or deliver it in person to the program office.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first reviewed for basic eligibility and program fit.
- If approved in principle, a conditional approval is issued and pricing must be submitted within 90 days.
- Final approval is based on the reviewed pricing and project details.
- A grant agreement must be signed before work begins.
- Reimbursement is processed after project completion and verification by the Municipality; projects must be fully complete and paid for before reimbursement is requested; permits issued by RMWB Safety Codes Services must be closed and all work inspected; all documents except the completed vendor form must be submitted in a single email.
