- Work already funded by another municipal grant

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first reviewed for basic eligibility and program fit.
- If approved in principle, a conditional approval is issued and pricing must be submitted within 90 days.
- Final approval is based on the reviewed pricing and project details.
- A grant agreement must be signed before work begins.
- Reimbursement is processed after project completion and verification by the Municipality.
