- Projects that are only donations, fundraising, or charity giving
Eligible expenses
- Project-related honoraria and professional service payments, within program limits.
- Gift cards and contest prizes, within the stated caps.
- Other project purchases supported by the grant and tied to the community service activity.

- Donations to charities or fundraising activities
- Purchases that benefit only one individual
- Furniture, equipment, or technology without a service component
- Honoraria paid to the applicant or core project team members
