- Gathering information by persons who conceal their true identity, or buying intelligence, evidence, or informant services.
- Law enforcement operations that prompt suspects to carry out illegal activities.
- Any activity that would circumvent sanctions, laws, or regulations of the U.S. or the country where the activity takes place.
Selection criteria
- Likelihood of conservation impact in support of RTCF goals and objectives.
- Technical, logistical, and institutional capacity of the organization and staff.
- Collaboration with or inclusion of key stakeholders.
- Applications are scored from 1 to 3, then ranked by consensus score; geographic and project diversity may be used to break ties.
How to apply
- Carefully read the Notice of Funding Opportunity to determine eligibility.
- Maintain an active SAM.gov registration before applying; all applicants except individuals applying as a natural person must be registered in SAM.gov.

- The 1998 amendments prohibit the sale, importation, or exportation of products intended for human consumption containing, or labeled or advertised as containing, any substance derived from a species of rhinoceros or tiger.
