Affordable Housing Multi-Residential Program updated
The Affordable Housing Multi-Residential Program now lists non-profit housing organizations as eligible and explicitly excludes condominiums from the market-rate housing category. It also updates the program flow to four stages, with prescriptive application materials due by Dec. 31, 2026 and custom projects required to be installed, commissioned, and submitted by Oct. 31, 2026. The revised page says incentives for completed projects are expected within eight weeks, replacing the prior 8–12-week estimate. Custom incentives remain calculated at $2.50/m3 of natural gas saved, up to 85% of eligible upgrade costs and a maximum of $200,000 per project.
