This program supports community infrastructure upgrades using recycled rubber products. For larger projects such as playground surfaces, funding is typically up to $20,000 to help cover recycled rubber material costs.

Step 1: Source recycled rubber product quotes
- Identify third-party recycled rubber suppliers for the product you plan to use.
- Request and obtain quotes for the recycled rubber products being sourced.
- Describe the community infrastructure upgrade that will use recycled rubber products.
- Compile the supplier quotes to support the request.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed in March and April.
- Successful applicants are notified by April 30.
